A message from the dean of the faculty

Laghman University Faculty of Education was established in the year 1392, considering the needs of the society, and so far, it has provided (541) young staff with professional education and patriotism to the society. The entire administration of the said faculty is young and equipped with new technology and specialized higher education, which plays a constructive and positive role in the training of students. Currently, the Faculty of Education has only four departments (mathematics, physics, chemistry, biology) which are taught by (21) teachers. Based on the strategic plan of Laghman University, a department of history and Islamic culture will be established in the said faculty in the near future. To solve the problem of shortage of professional teachers.

The administration of the Faculty of Education and Training is committed to create the best learning environment for the students of the said faculty and to create opportunities for practical learning in addition to theoretical education. The Faculty of Education has taken concrete steps to purchase advanced laboratory equipment and in the near future, the students of the said faculty will have an advanced laboratory and library.

The administration of the Faculty of Education strives to be an active center of innovation based on its vision and focus on teaching, lifelong learning, professionalism, research, creating opportunities, and in general, our mission is to create systematic strategies for quality teaching, research and education in the field of education, which will allow such professional and experienced teachers. Be trained to have all the skills that are necessary for a successful and professional teacher in the new world in addition to technical knowledge.
